Daughter cultured to ride in 2 hours, July 16, 2011 Amazon Verified Buy(What’s this?) This review is from: Bike Weigh Schooling Handle Kit (Sports) My daughter had distress learning to ride a bike. So much so, we’ve been putting it off. She’s 10 years ancient now and was subdue apprehensive. We had schooling wheels and a better scooter to help her with weigh, but there wasn’t much progress. Then we got this product and it worked like a charm. On the first day, we went to a large empty parking lot and practiced for about 30 mins. I helped her get started by holding it steady and helping her with turns. The parking lot had a slight incline, which allowed her to focus on the weigh and not so much on exerting on the pedal. In straight paths, I started out steadying it practically a bit. But after about 15 summary, she was able to go small distances lacking wobbling. When she wobbled, I immediately took control. This built up her confidence. On the next day, we practiced about 45 summary. She grew more steady and was able to ride about 100 yards on straight paths lacking any support. She subdue needed help getting going and on the turns. On this day, when she wobbled, I let her try to regain control and only helped if she looked like she was losing control. By allowing her to feel the wobble and try to self-right, she got more steady by the end of the session. This is a fantastic product. She did not have a single fall while she cultured. Based on the image of the Bike Trainer Handle, I feel this item is better. I don’t even know how I could control the bike if it were to tip over with the Bike Trainer Handle. The horizontal handle of the Bike Weigh Schooling Handle Kit allows me an simple way to control the Bike’s vertical pitch. Only minor complaints on this item would be the subsequent. The part that attaches to the seat post is threaded directly into the weigh bar’s arm and doesn’t have a nut or anything to keep it more reliable. I found that by the third day, it had come unscrewed a few turns. So keep an eye on that. Also, as mentioned by another reviewer, the foam grips feel like they would fall away from each other with heavy use. They really should make it out of rubber or something more lasting.

This review is from: Bike Weigh Schooling Handle Kit (Sports) I wasn’t looking forward to running alongside my son, hunched over as he rode his bike for the first time lacking schooling wheels. So I started dreaming of a contraption, like a pole to glue to the back of his bike. A modest internet searching and I learned this product. It works fantastic, I have place it on 2 different bike sizes very easily. So why did I only give it 4 stars? After a few uses the foam handgrips came loose. Unfortunately I learned this while tiresome to catch my son from falling. Fortunately I subdue trapped him OK.
