What a lot of miracle diets existing clearly falls? None of them works.

It does not work, many of these diets are famous real trap that favor the emergence of diseases and to weight gain. When fattened immediately after a diet, usually just gaining more weight than what we had to start the "diet".

For more incredible as it may seem, to a diet of success is nothing and not very difficult. Imagine eating all, unreservedly and with more frequency and slimmer. Dream? Utopia? Madness?

The most important thing is to make a balanced diet and eat well. That's right, eat well. Fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and everything that nature and good food have to offer.

For example, at breakfast, eat well. A brunch, breakfast cereals with fruit, yogurt and other things cause a feeling of satiety and much more prolonged than just the famous "bread and butter" traditional. And that feeling, as well as a greater intake of nutrients causes a lesser need and desire to eat well in other meals.

No need to completely cut sweets, chocolates and carbohydrates in general. Eat them in smaller quantities and less frequently.

A good diet to be followed is the Mediterranean diet. Eat six meals daily basis to fish, seafood, fruits, olive oil and wine. It allows the maintenance of weight loss and so healthy and still protects the heart and circulatory system.

Eat small portions throughout the day is the key to weight loss. Because your metabolism will be accelerated, there will be a feeling hungry and you do not need to restrict their diet of almost nothing. Just moderate quantities.
