ere is a simplified version over the weight loss and maintaining weight loss if you eat more than your body needs, you gain weight. If you eat less (reduce calories) that your body needs, you lose weight!

Although this seems simple enough, just eat less. Right ? Basically it's true. Yet there are other things that come into play as one tries to lose weight.

A common mistake that many people do as they diet food is that they do not really understand how is provided by the food they eat. This is true eating out and eating snacks and drinks.

A portion define as by the scientific community on weight loss and a local restaurant that your offer is often very different. For example, one serving of bread is usually a slice. Yet the average in a bun fast food is actually almost three servings.

A single serving of chips is 15 chips. Just take a guess how many servings are in a Biggie French fry container.

Also, do not be fooled into thinking just because a bag mass blast is small, it is one serving. The same goes for beverages. The reservoir can contain16 oz. However, size may be 4 ounces. Pay attention to the fact how many servings of food and drinks that you are being consumed. The amount might surprise you.

His favorite is the cola Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew sugar is more than most other cola. He had not the slightest idea as the fawn in May at which calories consumed by drinking 3 or 4 bottles of 24 oz per day. When my daughter told him, he does.

He replaced the cola with water and from 38 size 34 in about two months. Beware, you are perhaps consuming more than you think.
