n January 2005, the U.S. Department of Health issued new recommendations on physical activity required to maintain his weight and prevent chronic diseases.

According to these recommendations, there is more weight or more were overweight, the more time physical activity should be extended.

The recommendations do indicate that at least 30 minutes of daily physical activity is a minimum to maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes and hypertension.

People who are 30 minutes of exercise per day and still make weight may need to make up to 60 minutes to prevent weight gain.

For those who have amount of significant weight loss and strives to maintain the loss over the long term, research shows that 90 minutes of activity per day may be necessary.

While generally the recommendation made by governments of various countries is at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity per day, research has shown that it is always necessary to do more to better maintain and promote weight health.

And it is important to make a fairly intensive weight loss exercise to speed up breathing and heartbeat.

How can it be possible to integrate 30 or 90 minutes of physical activity to a busy lifestyle? We must above all make it a priority.

The time physical activity can be divided into different times of day.
