Maintain Weight Loss During Holidays

he holidays are often not the best time to try for weight loss. They may not be a time to take. Here are some effective ways to have in mind to do so without depriving:

1. Plan physical activities
The holidays can easily be used to be more active while being relaxing: marches to visit new places, hiking, swimming, ...

2. Be prepared
Provide healthy and satisfying lunch (sandwiches nutritious, raw vegetables, fruit season, ...) can have a choice other than junk food on the road. Take a good breakfast and keep a schedule of regular meals make them less likely to be tempted by high-calorie snacks between meals.

3. Avoid excess calories due to restaurants
At the restaurant, avoid fried foods and creamy. Prefer meat and fish grilled. Take water rather than soft drinks. The calories and saved easily compensate for the indulgences granted to other occasions.
