ccording to Rena Win, a professor of psychiatry and human behavior at Brown University, people who manage to prevent weight gain and those who lose and manage to maintain that weight loss made major changes in their weight loss diet and level of physical activity.

"There is no other issues," said Wing. "If you want to lose weight and maintain weight loss, you should really change your lifestyle, especially if you are overweight or if you have a history of obesity in your family.

The epidemic of obesity did will not simply because people move from whole milk to skim milk. They must cut their calories significantly and increase their weight loss exercise to achieve a healthy weight and keep balance in mind once they have succeeded. "
